6-8 HS All-State Choir

Eligibility

Students in grades 6-8 whose directors are currently members of LMEA are eligible to audition.  A student audition for the Sr. High District Honor Choir must be a member of their school's vocal music program.

Audition Requirements

• This is a live recorded audition

• Audition piece, Sing Out My Soul by Marques L.A. Garrett

• Audition cut: m. 95-end

• Sopranos will audition on the Soprano II part

2nd Round All-State Fees

Fee: $15.00 per entry

• Students-Fees should be paid to the student’s school.  Check with your director for your school’s deadline.

• Directors-A single school check, payable to LMEA District IX, must be mailed to:
